How would I set up a map if I wanted to be a specific color everytime I make a melee game with the specified map?

Can this be done in StarEdit? Or do I have to download a specific program?

Yes this can be done. Go to http://scm.net-games.com
Download a map called "big green hunters" where all players are green in color even when playing a melee game.

I don't think it's possible...

...unless you wan't to make all the players the same color!
