When I load SCM Toolkit it says "Could not load (or register) Comdlg32.ocx". I downloaded Runtime Files Pack one because it says Common Dialog Control. When I run Setup.exe it says VB40032.dll was not found, even though it is right there. Then the entire setup just crashes. Can you help me?
