Well, well, well. I had troubles too. I'll help ya the best I can: Step 1: Open the program and load your map. Step 2: Enter in filler number ( 0 For WarCraft-like terrain). Step 3: Make sure 'Modify Registy' is checked, and that map terrain is set up the way you want it, because I still haven't figured how to undo this effect... Step 4: Click on the 'Write' button, and the file type on the Save As window is 'All Files' then replace the map. Step 5: Open the Map Editor (Will automatically open if the 'Execute on write' option is checked).
That should do it, now go have fun!
