Hey dudes, sorry been off somewhere

Oh, this is what i did

first:I open SCM toolkit

second:Open

third:I clicked on the map I wanted to edit and stuff, and it opens the DOS Prompt, it usually then shows words and stuff (meaning it works properly) but it just shows this line _ blinking and it exits the DOS prompt and shows nothing on the SCM Toolkit. I keep repeating the same steps and it still does'nt work

anyways thx for the help, really appreciate it :)

Download all this:

ScmToolkit_mpq2k.zip (48.2 KB)
Mo'PaQ 2000 v2.0 (166 KB)
lmpqapi_hack.zip (18.1 KB)
StarEdit.exe for mpq editors (557 KB)
Storm.dll (124 KB)

Place all the extracted files in the same folder and customise the option:

1)
ScmToolkit_mpq2k.zip (48.2 KB)
2)
Mo'PaQ 2000 v2.0 (166 KB)
3)
lmpqapi_hack.zip (18.1 KB)
4)
StarEdit.exe for mpq editors (557 KB)
5)
Storm.dll (124 KB)

If still cannot work close some programs u r running! it happen to me b4 as i open too much progs. that will somewhat increase your ram space available a bit.

If it still cant work! then i think u did not download the runtime files. do so if u do not have any system files required to run the scm. prog. Download it now!!!!!this is all the file u required! lol, some u dun need. but dl all of them!

1. Visual Basic 4 runtime files

This is required for all programs on this page. After downloading, unzip all the files and run setup.exe.

2. Runtime Files Pack 1

This is required for some of the programs on this page. Under the link to download a program, it will say if it needs this to work. After downloading, unzip all the files and run setup.exe.
The following files are in this zip:
Common Dialog Control

3. Runtime Files Pack 2

This is required for some of the programs on this page. Under the link to download a program, it will say if it needs this to work. After downloading, unzip all the files and run setup.exe.

Windows Common Controls

Runtime Files Pack 2 (544 KB)

And lastly if still cant work! change your windows NT version to 9x version! well maybe scm toolkit dun support nt???ППП

And finally if still cant work well, throw your computer away!
lol, just joking! try to read the dl page to see if there is anything u miss out!

hope it will work. tell me if it works, pls just reply if it work! if it dun, reply too i tell ME the error message!

Yeah, I did and downloaded all the stuff you told me, but it still does'nt work, can you tell me what you do to open your maps? Does it have to do about the Emerald Staredit files maybe?
