MPQ2K won't work with Storm and StarEdit 1.08. To get stuff to work okay, you should pick a directory that's defined as in your path in autoexec.bat (If you don't know what I'm talking about, then just pick C:\Windows\Command) and then put in Mpq2k.exe, Lmpqapi.dll, an older StarEdit.exe (Wasn't there a manipulated one on this page that allowed you to run StarEdit and MPQ2K at the same time) and an older Storm.dll. Now just remove MPQ2K and LMPQAPI from your SC directory and everything should run okay.
