can mpq embedder be used to create a new mpq archive? If so, can you add files in your newly made mpq archive? if not, what does this program do??

(Be patient with me, im a rookie at editing this type of stuff)

Don't know about mpq embedder, but it is possible to create new archives, with MPQ2K for example. When you create a new archive, you need to give an amound of entries that the archive can hold. This is the maximum amound of files that you can put in this archive. You cannot change this value later on, so if you exceed the limit later on, you will have to extract all the files and reinsert them into a new archive.
