SCM Toolkit once worked prefect on my PC until I formatted my PC(everything starts all over again). I opened SCM Toolkit with the rest of the requirements loaded in, but a error that said "A required .DLL file, VB40032.DLL, was not found" popped out, forcing me to can't use the program. Can anyone please tell me what to download? It'll be nicer if u have the link for it. Thanks a lot. I mean a lot... if u help me.

This file is a part of the Visual Basic System files. Simply download and install all the System files on ShadowFlare's page and things should be fine again.
