B4 i email shadow flare i thought id ask here. Everytime i open mpq2k.exe or something like that, it opens dos for 2 seconds then just exits out. I have all the dlls and required stuff, (dont know about runtime but i assume so) and it just wont open.
any ideas....?

Mpq2k is a windows console program; meaning that you have to use it from a command prompt window.

Like MSDOS prompt? Tried, and it says something about file attributes or something. Maybe im missing something?

Okay, i got it, but setup.exe isnt working. Something about run time error "56" not found. What in the world?

You very likely don't have the VB4 runtimes installed. Either that or one of the ActiveX controls.
