New program and update to program - ShadowFlare - 11:10 | |

After almost a month, I finally created a bin file editor. I figured out almost 100% of the bin file, so the program can edit everything in them. I also changed the way Scm Toolkit reads/writes the tiles and made it much faster. Instead of taking a few minutes, it will now only take a few seconds! |
